The Nylon Floor Sled is a heavy-duty weight sled designed for maximum portability and when used with the upper body strap it is the perfect combo to do backwards sled drags. At less than 4 pounds, it’s considerably lighter than a traditional metal dragging sled, but gives up nothing in weight capacity—able to take on more than 600 pounds in steel plates. Use the Nylon Floor Sled on grass, Astroturf, carpet, or in any gym or training space with rubber or tile flooring. If it’s a non-abrasive surface, you’re good to go.
