I received a call from Gary a few days prior to my delivery to walk me through the process of delivery and set up and then I received a phone call after set up to make sure everything went according to plan. We’ve spent well over $12,000 on equipment with your company, including our most recent purchase—a cable machine that came with delivery and installation. Not long after using it, we noticed a constant knocking and an uneven pull. When we removed the plastic cover, it was obvious the cable had been installed incorrectly. I contacted customer service and was told no one could assist us for another four months due to our location. While I understand we’re not nearby, we paid for proper installation, and this situation makes that hard to justify. I even offered to handle the repair myself if you could just send the necessary parts, since the machine hasn’t been usable as intended. It’s now been nearly a month, and we still haven’t received any help or follow-up. This has been frustrating and disappointing, especially given the amount we’ve invested. They were quick to take the money but won’t help. Update 5/6/2026 Sterling reached out to me and explained what the issue was and that this problem was an anomaly and he would fix the issue. He heard my complaint and offered a solution. He figured out what went wrong and fixed the order request with the correct parts. Our parts are on the way to us and hopefully it’s gets here soon. Update 5/12/2026 Sterling sent the parts, and we installed them. During the repair, we did find other issues, but we fixed them. Seems the initial install was done wrong. Thanks to Sterling, we got the machine working well. We have other Promaxima equipment, and they have all been great. We hope this is an isolated incident because we still plan to order more equipment, just because it's good equipment. Hopefully the higher ups recognize Sterlings great customer service because he did a great job compared the first person who didn’t help us.
