Maintenance

Does your equipment need cleaning? What do you use to keep your equipment clean and looking like new? PMX answers commonly asked questions to help you with the upkeep of your equipment. Please call for more details.

To keep the equipment in optimal working order as designed and maintain a safe environment, regular preventative maintenance is REQUIRED.  Preventative Maintenance services are to include, but need not be limited to the following.

Preventive Maintenance Service

All manufactured products and remanufactured products perform better when they have the proper care. For a longer lifespan, please follow recommended preventive maintenance procedures you received when your equipment was delivered. We can provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance plans on all of your equipment; please call for more information or email service@promaxima.com.

Payment Options

To pay for service-related products or services, simply download our Credit Card Authorization Form (Below) and fax it to the number on the form or email it back to us and we will process your payment.

To Order Parts, Pads, and Cables

Cable Orders

Please supply 2 photos. A wide-angle photo will help us determine the year the machine was made. The second photo needs to include the top of the weight stack to determine if the cable is attached with a bolt or set screw. Please email pictures to service@promaxima.com and include your shipping address.

Upholstery Orders

Please supply 1 wide-angle photo of the machine to help us determine when the machine was made. Email a photo to service@promaxima.com with your contact information and shipping address; a quote will be sent back to you for approval.

Other Parts

Please send a minimum of 3 photos, two of the machine close-up where the part is missing/damaged and one wide-angle photo of the entire machine for us to determine what year the machine was made. Please email photos to service@promaxima.com and include your contact information and shipping address. A quote will be sent back to you for approval.

Warranty Parts Orders

To expedite warranty parts requests, please email your request directly to our service department at service@promaxima.com. Include the make, model, serial number (on cardio equipment), and invoice number along with your contact information – Name, address, company name, and phone number.
